Conditions for Return

Customers may return a product if the following conditions are met:

1. Unused Product

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All seals, stickers, labels, and markings must remain intact and unopened.
  • The original box, accessories, manuals, warranty card, invoice, and any complimentary items must be returned.
  • Timeframe: The product must be returned to AJ Technology, Multiplan Center, New Elephant Road, Dhaka, within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Defective Product

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect, it must be returned with its original packaging and all included accessories, manuals, warranty card, and invoice.
  • Timeframe: The product must be returned within 3 days of delivery.

Return Time Limit

Returns, exchanges, or refunds cannot be processed once the applicable return period has expired.

Incompatibility

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for products that are in proper working condition but are incompatible with the customer's existing devices, software, or personal requirements. Customers are encouraged to confirm compatibility before making a purchase.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact AJ Technology with your order details or purchase invoice.

Product Inspection

All returned products will be inspected by our technical team before any exchange or refund is approved.

Exchange & Refund

If the returned product meets the above conditions, it will be exchanged with a new product whenever possible. If an exchange is not available, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 business days after the return is approved. Refunds will generally be made through the original payment method or another mutually agreed payment method.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order before it has been dispatched or delivered. To cancel an order, please contact AJ Technology as soon as possible through phone or WhatsApp.

Note: This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy applies only to products purchased directly from AJ Technology.

 পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়ার শর্তাবলী

 নিম্নোক্ত শর্তাবলি পূরণ সাপেক্ষে গ্রাহক পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারবেন:

 ১. অব্যবহৃত পণ্য

  • পণ্যটি অবশ্যই সম্পূর্ণ অব্যবহৃত এবং মূল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
  • পণ্যের সকল সিল, স্টিকার, লেবেল ও মার্কিং অক্ষত ও খোলা না থাকা বাধ্যতামূলক।
  • পণ্যের সাথে প্রদত্ত মূল বক্স, সকল অ্যাক্সেসরিজ, ম্যানুয়াল, ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড, ইনভয়েস এবং অন্যান্য উপহারসামগ্রী (যদি থাকে) অবশ্যই ফেরত দিতে হবে।
  • সময়সীমা: পণ্য ডেলিভারির ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে AJ Technology, মাল্টিপ্ল্যান সেন্টার, নিউ এলিফ্যান্ট রোড, ঢাকায় ফেরত দিতে হবে।

 ২. ত্রুটিপূর্ণ (Defective) পণ্য

  • পণ্যে উৎপাদনজনিত ত্রুটি থাকলে মূল প্যাকেজিংসহ সকল অ্যাক্সেসরিজ, ম্যানুয়াল, ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড ও ইনভয়েসসহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।
  • সময়সীমা: ডেলিভারির ৩ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য ফেরত দিতে হবে।

 রিটার্নের সময়সীমা

 নির্ধারিত সময়সীমা অতিক্রম করলে পণ্য রিটার্ন, এক্সচেঞ্জ বা রিফান্ড গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

 সামঞ্জস্যজনিত (Compatibility) সমস্যা

পণ্যটি সঠিকভাবে কাজ করলেও যদি তা গ্রাহকের অন্য কোনো ডিভাইস, সফটওয়্যার বা ব্যক্তিগত প্রয়োজনের সাথে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ না হয়, তাহলে সেই কারণে রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড গ্রহণ করা হবে না। তাই কেনার আগে পণ্যের সামঞ্জস্য নিশ্চিত করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

 রিটার্নের জন্য যোগাযোগ

 রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য আপনার অর্ডার নম্বর বা ক্রয়ের ইনভয়েসসহ আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

 পণ্য পরিদর্শন

ফেরত আসা প্রতিটি পণ্য আমাদের টেকনিক্যাল টিম কর্তৃক পরীক্ষা-নিরীক্ষা করা হবে। শর্তাবলি পূরণ সাপেক্ষে

এক্সচেঞ্জ বা রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করা হবে।

 এক্সচেঞ্জ ও রিফান্ড

রিটার্নের সকল শর্ত পূরণ হলে গ্রাহককে একই ধরনের নতুন পণ্য প্রদান করা হবে। যদি একই পণ্য সরবরাহ করা সম্ভব না হয়, তাহলে রিটার্ন অনুমোদনের পর ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে। রিফান্ড সাধারণত ক্রয়ের সময় ব্যবহৃত পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমেই প্রদান করা হবে অথবা উভয় পক্ষের সম্মতিতে অন্য কোনো মাধ্যমে প্রদান করা হতে পারে।

 অর্ডার বাতিল

পণ্য পাঠানোর (Dispatch) পূর্বে অথবা ডেলিভারির আগে গ্রাহক চাইলে অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারবেন। অর্ডার বাতিলের জন্য দ্রুত আমাদের ফোন বা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে যোগাযোগ করুন।

বিঃদ্রঃ এই রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড ও অর্ডার বাতিল নীতিমালা শুধুমাত্র AJ Technology থেকে সরাসরি ক্রয়কৃত পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।
